At Restroom Stalls & All, we take pride in delivering made-to-order restroom partitions and accessories built to your exact specs. Because of this, our return policy reflects the custom nature of our products.
Custom Orders Are Final
All restroom stalls and partition systems are made-to-order. Once production begins, your order is locked in and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Inspect all items immediately upon delivery

Email us within 48 hours at CS@restroomstallsandall.com

Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description
We will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue — this may include:

Replacement parts
-
Full or partial product replacement

Repair instructions
Note: Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Shipping & Freight Damage
Freight shipments require your attention at delivery:

Inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt

Note any visible damage on the BOL (Bill of Lading)

If the damage is severe, you may refuse the damaged item(s)
For concealed damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once fabrication starts, the order is final and non-refundable.
Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)
If your order includes non-custom accessories or hardware:

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery

A 25% restocking fee will apply

Return shipping is your responsibility

Items must be unused and in original packaging
